Wait I still was able to get into this room and to the power of the poeple station even after killing Cohen. I just hacked the door and from there I went for another shotgun upgrade.

There´s another way. You can kill him at fort frolic when he stops talking if you shoot him, because instead of getting away he´ll come back and you can fight against him. The bad side of this is that you can´t open this room and get access to this power to the people.

I got a nice tip for Making Cohen a breeze. Simply lay 2-4 trapbolts (depends on the difficulty) in front of the door to the right when you enter the apartment. If you do it right, he'll be downed the moment he runs downstairs and unlocks the door. It is this preparation that makes him the easiest boss to face.

Well if you kill him in Fort Frolic you won't be able to access that Power to the People station. That door leading upstairs will be locked.
