I'll never forget when the first time I heard that IZ had just passed on. I was in South Korea with a group of my band and cultural dancers attending one of the biggest Asia Pacific Arts Festivities hosted by World Tour Agencies. You name it Asian countries were there and that includes the Polynesian, Melanesian islands. A group from Hawaii became so closed friends of ours (CNMI Delegates) and found out that Glen (IZ bass man) was with the Hawaiian Delegates...he told us IZ had Passed away.
I was only introduced to Iz less than 2 months ago. He has made an awesome impact on my life. He is on my iPod and I sleep with him almost every night. His music is so touching - it comes from his heart. There is a sadness within me for never having the chance to meet him or hear him do a live performance. May God continually shine on him and bless and comfort his family and fans in his departure back home!
