  • straight shit water

  • You guys don't know what was going on inside the house, you dont know the conditions of the fire. so shut the fuck up. These guys did a damn good job. Nobody was hurt, so its a job well done.

  • All these butt monkeys who think "they could have done better" none of you were at this scene it amazes me how many super hero FF's wanna comment on someone else's scene... shut the effff up and watch the vid , nobody cares about how you could have single handedly put this fire out

  • Well, you can make all the excuses you like, but this just shows poor firefighting practices. Can't get water? Go somewhere else. There's always water somewhere.

Lack of supply has nothing to do with improper ventilation or other mistakes that show in this series of videos, no matter what you, or anyone else, claims.

My department isn't perfect, but that is a poor defense for such tactical errors, sorry.

  • owners were probably slow on paying their fire taxes so the firemen were slow in putting out the fire. what a cluster.

  • lets see.........looks like a two family residence with fire in the attic of the right unit.....couldve stretched two 1.75 lines up wit two guys and one wit a hook to pull ceilings wouldve worked alot better and then had another line stretched to the adjacent unit to check for extension...couldve probably been saved but im not gonna monday mornin qb cus i wasnt there.....

  • this structure could have been saved.. they should have taken in two lines and dont an aggressive attack and got it knocked down.. we got a saying at our department.. "Risk alot to save alot. Risk little to save little. Risk a life to save a life" well looks like their was alot to save here before they gave up and went defensive

  • The "smart comments" are from watching this series of videos and observing the poor firefighting tactics. I haven't been in the service for over forty years, and I can see many serious mistakes that were made. This could serve as a textbook example of what not to do. Unless the behavior of fire has changed, you should never introduce air beneath the fire source. They have both front doors wide open and they broke the second floor windows, feeding the fire above. There are other serious mistakes.

  • @joemac356 exactly that is a good example of what NOT to do

  • @joemac356 as a 40 year vetern of the fire service you should know that not all fire acts the same, not all scenes are the same, not all depatments are the same, not all water supplies are the same and not all IC's are the same. the only thing the same are monday night firefighting from people that weren't there and has no clue what what down that day...are there mistakes yes but are you or your department perfect? i think not

  • Hey, give them a break. y'all don't know what was going on at that scene. Maybe they had a problem with the trucks or getting water or something else. You don't know so give them a break with all the smart comments.

  • what the heck took so long to get water on those flames my my fire dept. could have already put out the house did our checks and had the truck packed up and left b4 they even had it put out themselves i mean COME ON

  • @hollywoodridgerunner shut up you tat all way picking fault try and do what they guys do and then see wish posh mouth is shut. They had a problem gifting water from the supply and the flames were to vicious for any man to approach. SO STOP WITH YA SMART TALK

  • @djfrenzy40 i have done this ive been doing this im a payed and volunteer firefighter bud i have many years of experience and theres no sucj thing as vicous flames in my fire dept.

  • nothin like clustering all the fire trucks together, deadlinin them. And for the love of god someone spray some water on the side. Just take an inch and half hike up the pressure and put it out

  • haha we had a fire like this yesterday except the house was only one story. Flames comming from the gables. we didnt even ventilate we made entry to the attic and did an interior attack. i would be ashamed to set the truck up on such a little fire.

  • WHY was there a heater in the attic?

  • Lack of hydrants in the neighborhood.

  • -10000 !!!!!

  • Why did it take so long to get some water on this fire? Did they have any rescues?

  • you guys are nuthin but a bunch of arm chair fire chiefs so just shut it and watch the video

  • this depart truely sucks it seems like they dont know anything about fire fighting

  • This whole department needs to be retrained. Absolutely pathetic.

  • Too many firefighters and way too long to put water on the fire, especially on the side. Pitiful!
