best 4WD out at the moment. Even great as a daily if you get the 2 door model which is nice and compact and looks even better. I wish more aussies would drive these, great cars.

fuel is way to expencive, so i cannot understand why americans still keep on driving in V8 cars. Why can't you just drive in 4 and 6 cillinder cars like we europeans do?

You don't need a v8 to haul your ass to the supermarket and back.

And how about fuel efficient diesel cars? The most do easely 130mph, and they don't sound like 40 year tractors anymore, so it's you own fault that gas prices are so high, becuase you keep on burning alot of fuel you realy don't need.

and 12 liter for 100 km in the city so the average is 10 liter per 100 km

These Jeeps don't compare to older Jeeps. CJs are the best Jeeps, along with TJs. Better motors and better air intake placement, too many to list.

The JK out of the box is far more capable of road then either the cj or the tj? Further more the air intake placement and the engine is better in a cj? Have you ever seen under the hood of either of these jeeps?

@dhs012 Rubicon comes stock with 4.10 gears, dana 44 front and rear, front and rear rockers, all terrain tires, and a tad beefier suspension. The sahara and x or sport models come with 3.73 gears, a dana 44 rear, and a dand 30 front, and no lockers.

@flatblackstrat doesn't meet California's emission standards. California is so strict that you cant put a high flow cat on your vehicle without having reason to remove your old one. Its all about politics and the people there are green lovers. That's why Honda is testing their hydrogen FCX Clarity there. Green lovers.

Yeah they really do suck. The JK is the most capable Jeep ever and its the most comfortable. And they get decent milage too. Wait so what sucks about them?

Um what? Even the new wranlgers dont compare to any new SUV for comfort. But they are advancing in technology like everything else. But they are also true to their roots. Doors and rood come off, windshield comes down, drain pugs in the floor, sold front axle ect. They are still badass. It will do everything your CJ will do and some.

yes this is a great car overall jeeps are great. im 16 and live in NC so winter right now is really bad lol but with my jeep its not a problem the gas mileage is really good to. hope this helped

For the door thing, just unhinge the strap that is connected to the door and push the door all the way forward and then it won't close on you. However, I have no clue if the Unlimited has the original Jeep Wrangler door set up.
