good job my friend. 143lbs right now, trying to bulk up to 160 (been drinking weight gain milk and lifting dumbells) but at the same time trying to do some 125 sit ups each day, as my belly's really a baloon. can you help me here?
The best advice I can give for that is when ever you lift any weights for any exercise work out one side at a time. Your core will work even harder to keep balance so in turn it made my obliques pop out like they do.
Best example, try and do flat Dumbbell presses alternating sides and make sure to keep your core tight while doing it. You wont even need to do a sit up but after doing that your stomach will feel like its on fire. :p

Congrats to you!! I am seriously going to consider this knockout program you were on! I like the idea of leaning out and working on the abs first and then building lean muscle mass from there. Great vids! Best Wishes :D
It's a double edged sword, because I know my abs wont be as defined, but I'll gain some lean muscle mass. A set of abs look great on a 150lb guy, but they look even better on a 180lb guy with big legs and upper body :)

During my workout, all I have been consuming is water, but that's because I've been leaning out, and thanks for the compliment :)
