350 million isn't actually that much. Those B2 stealth bombers for instance are rated at over $800 million a pop. And the Burj Dubai which is set to be completed by next year is estimated to cost over $4 BILLION - just insane.

I have just been to Dubai last month,

and i must say within 2 years no city on earth will be able to compete with Dubai.

Infact there is no city which has all that record breaking things in one place!

Its a tourist,residential,financial,­luxury magnet and always getting better and bigger each time i return there.

But I'm sure Abu Dhabi will be the next Dubai and even better over the next 15 years.
