i actually love this game but i hate the fact that it has mandatory coop. i have played this game offline more than i have ever played it online except in mercs. hell i got all of the profesional achievements in all addons and main game by myself

Desperate Escape was soooooooo hard, okay, maybe I shouldn't have played it in veteran the first time, but still: The girl has to go trough a kick ass war zone.

Yeah, and I didn't find the sniper rifle or magnum, only found the bullets. Sniper would have made it a lot easier.

Really loved this part of the game, but I'm not sure how I will survive this in professional.

You know what's annoying? All the weapons are random. Sometimes you get a magnum, sometimes a shotgun and sometimes a sniper etc. So when you need a shotgun for example, but you get a handgun, you are fucked if you're playing on vet or pro. Oh yeah, pro is a damn bitch diffilculty especially with the AI partner, my deaths were about 60 just to give you an idea how hard it was.

Desperate escape was fun and a lot better than lost in nightmares. All Lost in nightmares needed to make it better was actual ZOMBIES and more enemies to shoot. Frankly, it was rather boring. I would have rather been given a patch or something that allows you to play as BSSA Jill through the main game of RE5 instead of lost in nightmares.by the way, the guy doing these videos really sucks at reviewing games.His voice in monotone, he doesn't really REVIEW the game well, and his jokes are STUPID.

@Agent1W To me, the only essential RE games that you need to seek out are 1(remake), 2, and 4. 3:Nemesis was a rush job(1 year development cycle) that was being coded alongside the much more important project RE:Code Veronica, and you can tell. Unfortunately, even Code Veronica was relatively weak in comparison to the previous RE entries as the series began to grow more and more batshit insane. 4 manages to embrace the insanity in a very over the top way, and is likely the most "fun" title.

@Agent1W If compelled to, you might as well check out the entire series eventually. 1, 2, and 4 are just the MUST play titles. If you have a Wii, PC, or PS3, you can play all of the main RE games. They're on the PSN store, and 1, 2, 3, Code Veronica, and 4 were released on the gamecube and are playable on the Wii console.

the dlc is pretty damn hard. beat it on veteran, but i couldnt do it with the AI as my partner. an online friend who WONT leave the game would be very helpfull. especially with a lack of resources and endless hordes of enemies! im working on pro now, but its toooo damn hard.

RE 1 was remade properly, with updated visuals and improved cutscenes and dialogue. Granted, the game play and story didn't change much, but it is still a remake. RE 2 and RE 3 didn't get remade whatsoever like this. I don't mind it so much for Code Veronica, because that game was already good from this perspective. Do you understand now? People can bitch what they like, but that doesn't stop them from playing the original, ignoring the remake, or visa versa. They should be grateful anyway.
