@570jaypee idk what that guy is on about but in Australia the talent ID system sucks. Not a whinge.

Because.

If they pick you in U13 you get picked every year.

And if you don’t get picked in U13 they don’t look at you.

BECAUSE.

Once you are INSIDE their talent system they don’t want to lose out on the money they spend by choosing anyone new.

BECAUSE.

It means they show they made a mistake if they don’t keep picking the same guy. That looks bad on them.

ur 6 weeks r up ask directly whats happenning,dont allow them to keep ur kid unsigned,they find away arnd every fa rule and bad clubs will delibaratly hide ur boy away so he cant be signed by another club and miss important trial dates 1 club i know of wouldnt return my lads release letter making it impossible for him to obtain trials elsewewhere if this happens to u seek legal advice.be very weary of these leaches,take ur mum and tell her to flirt with the self important egotistic coach n ur in

possesion,then when kids are in there most important educational year they play god with there lives,u get players leaving man u liverpool etc and getting scholarships with lower league clubs if there lucky,then told to play long ball football.the fa should have a structure in place to teach football the correct way ie ball on the ground,and no emphasis placed on height etc,there full of nepatism and assholes,they dont take kids seriously,if u go to a club ensure u sign trialist forms and when

the english game at youth and academy level is a complete disgrace,parents should not allow there kids anywhere near pro clubs untill aged 14 at least,prem teams let kids go because of height,and phsyice,is it any wonder the spanish and french are years ahead of us,the english lack intelligence and barr 6 clubs most put results before the kids.they dont value technique and skill,the academeys r full of kids that cant put 6 passes togeather there is no emphasis abt the importance of retaining

@jondix1988 He has been described by previous managers to read the game imaculately, he is 6ft 4, a decent height for a centreback... Good in the air, good with his feet... Seems like a prospect to me, but it will be a year or two before he fully breaks into the first team, that is when we will find out how good he really is.
