Thank you for sharing your recipe. I absoloutely love this dish and i've been travelling around SE asia looking for variants of it. So far I've found out that the chinese call it tau fu fa, or douha. I've had it without the sago, with white sugar syrup instead of brown, with ginger syrup, and with pandan leaf infuse in the syrup. The filo way is still the way I miss the most though!! I found Waitakere Redneck's tau fu fa video on youtube really interesting to watch- she makes tofu from scratch!
