  • Well... so, it's Taho in your country! :D Also, it's a so-polular traditional sweet food in my country (Vietnam) and got the Vietnamese name "Đậu Hủ". It's only 5,000 VND for each bowl... It's carried on selling by moving store.

P/S: I've just taken a bowl this morning. And... the currency now is about 1USD=20,800VND.

  • @whitegrass cool i didn't know this was in Vietnam too =)

  • Will cook it tomorrow morning! :)

  • Interesting... seems like a variation on chinese tofu fa dessert.

  • it doesnt look right. Not very well executed. tsk tsk tsk

  • beep boop bop pinoy

  • faiil.. the sago is uncooked. =\

  • kuya yung sago parang hilaw pa.. kasi i tried to cook pero yung white sa gitna matigas pa.. dapat yata lutuin sya hanggang wala na yung puti..

  • @deaninlovewithdamon i will teach you how to cook sago. .. if yun sago na iluluto mo eh yun pinakamaliit what u need to do is magpakulo ka ng tubig sa isang casserole, once kumukulo na ibuhos mo na yun sago then continue mo lang paghahalo para di sya manikit. pakuluin mo lang ng pakulun, para malaman mo kung luto na sya, kumuha ko ng isang sandok na sago then lagay mo sa isang bowl ng tap water. pag napansin mo na medyo nag light brown na yun color ng sago yun pwede mo na sya hanguin. . then

  • . .. then with constant stirring. . dapat medyo lubog yun sago ha haluin mo lang pra di manikit. .then hintayin mo til medyo lumapot na yun tubig, pag medyo malapot na sa isang bowl with tap water ibuhos mo yun sago na medyo lubog sa tubig, let it cool for 1hour or more. once n humilab na sya mpapansin mo medyo mas malambot na yun sago. then nid mo sya ulit pakuluan. sa isang casserole ibuhos mo yun sago ulit with tap water , hwag mo na gamitin yun tubig na pinagbabaran mo kasi malapot na yun

  • Respond to this video... pakuluin mo ulit yun sago mo then stir mo lang, try mo ulit kumuha ng isang sandok na sago then ilubog mo sa tap water once nag golden brown na sya hanguin mo na sya then babad ulit sa tap water, then let it cool at hanggang sa humilab. qute complicated kung babasahn mo pero madali lang ito. business kasi namin itong pagluluto ng sago at gulaman kaya may idea ako how to cook sago. thanks. . and i hope nakatulong ako. .

  • ahh ganun lng pala un

  • The subtitles are.. Stupid.

  • @Atricxz Subtitles? Where? There aren't any, dude

  • @Cebuana7 If you turn them on you'll see that they're mistranslated.

  • @Atricxz I wonder if they will ever work properly, since they're phonetic. It doesn't work well for English videos either.

  • Thank you for sharing your recipe. I absoloutely love this dish and i've been travelling around SE asia looking for variants of it. So far I've found out that the chinese call it tau fu fa, or douha. I've had it without the sago, with white sugar syrup instead of brown, with ginger syrup, and with pandan leaf infuse in the syrup. The filo way is still the way I miss the most though!! I found Waitakere Redneck's tau fu fa video on youtube really interesting to watch- she makes tofu from scratch!

  • mas mahal gumawa ng homemade taho na to! lugi ka sa gas for just a glass of taho. but sure naman na malinis!
