Quite easily - instead of re-creating an entire reference list, create an entry for that new source. Then paste it in to your ref list where it belongs alphabetically.
One question though. Once you have finished creatng your bibliography and your paper is done and everything looks perfect, all of a sudden you cme to realize that you want to add 3 sentences to your paper in the introduction and cite a reference for them. then you see that if you d that all of your references will have to change especilly if they're arranged by numbers( Uniform format). Can you do this change easily using Refworks?? If yes, how can you do that? thanks alot again.
