It's funny, I only see these orbs and phenomenon in holy and mystical places. I never see them in prom pictures, or other types of events. What's up with that? I don't think one can determine the authenticity of an apparition by their presence, but, similar phenomenon happens in the pictures at Sylvan Springs, and other very holy places, like churches. THANK YOU for making this video. I plan on making this pilgrimage as soon as possible. I am only 22 years old but feel as though Mary has told me to do this. I had never heard of Medjugorje until recently- a new friend of mine shared her story of this trip and I am drawn to making it. There's lots of evidence pointing to fraud at Medjugorje, including this yout tube video entiled 'Medjugorje Secret'. About the huge amount of "orbs" and light streaks, blue spots and so on, are normal optic effects that occurs inside the lenses of almost ANY camera. The cheaper, the more artifacts you will see. I'm a visual effects and professional photographer, nothing to say about religion, but don't consider simple optic effects as a evidence by any means.

Orbs are dust particles that show up in the pic tures. The "ribbons" is light bleed, a common thing in photography, it comes from taking pictures in a dark setting without a fast enough film or camera speek to pick up the light, so the slightest movement of the camera makes the lights look like ribbons. (It happened to me with the street lights of paris.) The statue holding a child is the same face shown blurred because of low light and camera movement.

Medjugore is a false apparition. Iff you are looking for the greatest miracle of your life, why not go visit the Lord in adoration. For outward confirmation of your Faith, go to an approved apparition (e.g. Lourdes, Fatima), or chiefly, to the Holy Land, to walk the placed where Christ walked.

@tdonn07 For 30 years, the 'apparitions' have been occurring. Thirty years of ambiguous and tepid messages, with no real purpose or substance. On top of that, many of these messages have been blatantly apostate or heretical. Medjugore is not approved by the Church, hence, it should not be taken as an apparition. To put faith in it would be to reject the Body of Christ. Read "The Great Marian-Catholic Apostasy"

Jesus is the reason why Heaven is even possible and it is only through Him that people get there, contrary to what Medjugorje states, which is false.

Try visiting the area yourself, it is an amazing experience and it will open life up to you and give you the opportunity to learn. It's funny, I only see these orbs and phenomenon in holy and mystical places. I never see them in prom pictures, or other types of events. What's up with that? I don't think one can determine the authenticity of an apparition by their presence, but, similar phenomenon happens in the pictures at Sylvan Springs, and other very holy places, like churches. Cling to Jesus Christ and His body the Church. Cling to the living authority of the Magesterium, to the uncorrupted and unchanging orthodoxy of the Catholic Church. Read the Bible, The Church Fathers writings, the Catechism of Trent (the most authoritative and easy to read), and "If you would love me, than keep my commandments". Apparitions are not essential to the Faith, and misplaced zeal for them may detract from the reality of Gods presence in the Church. Use them for encouragement.

Whether something supernatural is occurring or not, it would be either a) to strengthen the Faith in the Magesterium, or b) to test the Faithful with a false light to refine them in pure doctrine. Take all apparitions with a grain of salt, and remember, that they are NOT a new revelation or part of Magesterium.

I walked up and down the mountain with a woman in her 60s who'd been crippled for years with rheumatoid arthritis. The Expositions, especially at night in the open are beyond description. And getting that overwhelming scent of roses. Three times when there was not so much as a daisy around. She IS there, doing what a Mother does, calling ALL humanity back to God. Though the church can not except it yet John Paul ll personally believed and excepted medjugorje. For me that says it all, because John Paul ll is one if not the most loved pope of all time! There's lots of evidence pointing to fraud at Medjugorje, including this yout tube video entiled 'Medjugorje Secret'. About the huge amount of "orbs" and light streaks, blue spots and so on, are normal optic effects that occurs inside the lenses of almost ANY camera. The cheaper, the more artifacts you will see. I'm a visual effects and professional photographer, nothing to say about religion, but don't consider simple optic effects as a evidence by any means.

Orbs are dust particles that show up in the pic tures. The "ribbons" is light bleed, a common thing in photography, it comes from taking pictures in a dark setting without a fast enough film or camera speek to pick up the light, so the slightest movement of the camera makes the lights look like ribbons. (It happened to me with the street lights of paris.) The statue holding a child is the same face shown blurred because of low light and camera movement.

Medjugore is a false apparition. Iff you are looking for the greatest miracle of your life, why not go visit the Lord in adoration. For outward confirmation of your Faith, go to an approved apparition (e.g. Lourdes, Fatima), or chiefly, to the Holy Land, to walk the placed where Christ walked.

@tdonn07 For 30 years, the 'apparitions' have been occurring. Thirty years of ambiguous and tepid messages, with no real purpose or substance. On top of that, many of these messages have been blatantly apostate or heretical. Medjugore is not approved by the Church, hence, it should not be taken as an apparition. To put faith in it would be to reject the Body of Christ. Read "The Great Marian-Catholic Apostasy"
by David Hughes among other multiple works. As Christians we must obey the Church.

@tdonn07 You're wrong. I just looked it up and found numerous catholic sites which quote that the Bishops do not hold Medjugorje as an apparition by the Virgin Mary. It was your faith that cured you, not a false prophet who claims the Virgin Mary spoke directly against the Church, claiming those that do not accept Jesus Christ go to Heaven too. Jesus is the reason why Heaven is even possible and it is only through Him that people get there, contrary to what Medjugorje states, which is false.

Take the story that the seer claimed to have been told by the lady.. that Jesus once handed a bloody handkerchief to a taxi driver and told him to throw it in the river. The lady stopped him doing so because the world would have ended!
Or how about the seer asking the lady about the stars over her head and was supposedly told by the lady that they were attached by a wire on her head!

1. No prophecies made by the seers have come true;
2. St. Teresa warns one sentence out of whack is enough to discredit a seer, noting that many would be fooled, including the elite;
3. "Secrets" should have been handed over to the Pope, not a priest of her "choosing";
and most of all..
4. WHEN it's exposed as a sham, many will suffer disillusionment, exactly what the devil wants.

@catholicpeter I don't know if I'd JUST call it a false apparation. Personally I think they're making it all up. The fact that they're lving in the lap of uxury speaks volumes in and of itself, but it's the fact they lie to cover things up. For instance, during "ecstasy", a cameraman shot his fingers towards one of the seers eyes and she turned her head. Questioned later, she claimed that exactly at the moment, the lady DROPPED the baby Jesus from her lap!

@Luke24v45 No I do not deny Christ's divinity. Nowhere in Bible scripture does it state that Mary is the mother of God. Mary became the mother of Jesus no question there. The RCC named her Mother of God in the Council of Ephesus, RCC Doctrine. Not Biblical doctrine. God does not have a physical Mother. That is pure heresy.
