At 2:34 with Bluestreak having Bumblebee's head or vice versa (Bumblebee having Bluestreak's body) there is another blooper in that scene. That is from the episode More Than Meets the Eye Part 2. This picture is too blurry and it goes by too fast to see the second blooper but you can type the name of the episode on Youtube and fast forward to the scene of this. If you look closely at Ratchet, he has the wrong helmet too! Don't know what the animaters were thinking in this scene haha lol :)
