THIS LADY'S POSTURE, ANGLE AND PLACEMENT OF HER OWN BODY IN COMPARISON TO PATIENTS... ALONG WITH THE MOST BASIC THINGS AS THE HEIGHT OF HER MASSAGE TABLE IS ALL WRONG!!!! UNBELIEVABLE..AND SHE PUTS OUT A INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO? LOL

She needs to mention at the beginning not to put too much pressure directly on the spine. The video is good because she tells you what to do, but it is equally important to mention what *not* to do as well.
Great videos with really good explanations of why a particular stroke is being used and what the definition of that particular massage stroke means in terms everyone can understand. Very informative without being over-preachy or condescending. Makes me want to take a class to learn more!
