Did you get that Garrus scene (before the suicide mission) where he and shepard bump heads and how Garrus says that he doesn't want to miss up anymore (or something like that)? If you did get that scene , then you'll be able to call Garrus up to your room (after suicide mission and if you continue the game after the main story done) by going into your room and (one of the two) computers on the desk should say "call Garrus" option to click on (like how DVelisar did in the video)
