Obama hasn't been truthful about anything so far, no surprise here, but if his mother was a US citizen at the time of his birth wouldn't that make him an automatic US citizen? If that's the case, then maybe this won't be a real issue. I hope it is because Obama would be disastrous for this country and he would destroy many of the American standards and traditions that made this country great, but should we hope this actually is pursued and enacted?

If Philip Berg is lying, and this could possibly destroy Barack's candidacy, why have the DNC and the Obama Campaign not sued him for libel?

I know if these "vicious rumors" were being published about me, and I had nothing to hide in a court of law I would have sued for libel the day Berg presented this suit.

Instead the DNC and Obama decided to file an injunction to avoid having to prove the unprovable which would ultimately lead to the absolute destruction of the Democratic Party.
