A TOTAL Classic! Shatner has, with every year of age, become better and BETTER at poking fun at himself! And that was a GREAT sign of things to come for the comedic side of Willy Shatner...Long Live Captain Kirk!
This is kind of funny. We just keep on talking back and forth because no one else is commenting. Yeah, McCoy's my favorite character. You can tell by my account name.=D
I've got a Long Ranger episode with Deforest Kelley on my account. It's really cool because he's 29. Who's your favorite character?
Yeah, Scotty rules! =D I saw part of Relics on here when they find him in the transporter. I love it when Scotty gets drunk. He's so crazy! =D Which of the series do you prefer? (TOS because of McCoy. I've seen some of Voyger and TNG, but I really can't get into the others besides the original) =D
To be honest, I like them all, including Enterprise, they all have their own unique stories, they all share parts of other series/films, even if there was a bit too much time travel near the end of Trek... :D
I guess your right, but I dunno. I'm still loyal to the original and McCoy. Anyway, you should go to your library and rent the first Airplane. It's really funny. Leslie Nielsen is great in it. There are cute little touches in it like the auto pilot (You'll crack up at that) =D I'm hoping to tape a Bonanza with both Doohan and Barrett in "The Gift of Water" I just now taped "The Honor of Cochise" with Deforest Kelley and am hoping to upload that tomorrow.
That's why I had to upload it, it's one of the funnier parts of the film... :D
On a nerdy note, the sound effects used as background noise were originally used in the Star Trek movies 1-3, but it's aParamount film so they would re-use the soundsthey have... :D
Yeah, but the best part is when he starts yelling about the lights bleeping and flashing and etc... And the part with the machine that has no function. Shatner cracks me up sometimes! =D Thanks for uploading that.
I know what you mean, it's a great film, but Shatner gave it that little bit extra that made it great... :D
And that machine with the lights that go back and forth, it appears in a lot of Star Trek films and episodes, the first one being STII: The Wrath of Kahn!!! :D
Yeah, you gotta love William Shatner. Even thought people get on him about his acting, but that's one of the reasons we love him! =D
Too bad they didn't show Spock or McCoy on the ship complaining about how they were lost or something. The whole part with Shatner is why I got the second one. The first was awsome, but the second was just way to much like the first. I take it your a Star Trek fan? (Wow, this is an obvious question, but hey, I'm bored so I'll ask it to you anyway.) =D
I haven't even seen the first one yet, but from the trailer at the beginning of the Betamax tape I have, it too looks funny!!! Yes, I'm a Trek fan, before my laptop died on me I was working on some videos using 3D models, but I can't do anything with them at the moment... :)
Such a funny scene XD

Even though he's only repeating the lines said by Robert Stack in Airplane 1 i think they're funnier here thanks to the Shat's delivery.

From the original Series, it has to be Scottie, he can fix anything, even a crashed USS Jenolen (TNG Episode "Relics")... :D

Or Scotty, I was thinking of another Scotty/ie (female)... :D
