You can reach noise transformation when you first see Dark Phantom. After that you can have a choice to Finalize when your noise level is over 200%.

How can you get your Noise lvl up higher?

For viruses you have to overkill them with elementless battlecards.

Example: Virus's HP is 40, your battlecard does 100. 100 - 40 = +60%

For bosses I think all you have to do is counter him.

@MsSouljaboy12 u must have used a fire type weapon when used to delete virus so u becane taurus instead if wolf
