She's very talented at a young age. Please no offense here, but watch her wrists very closely for hyperextension.

I really enjoyed this video and it appears that her gym really pushes their gymnasts in training. That's good. I wish my daughter's gym did more on "training" and "conditioning". Strength and flexibility is EVERYTHING.
