Nice job! Any chance you can make another that is higher-res and doesn't fade out at the end? With the fade-out it's not as good for looping. Love the pace. I've seen other morphs on YouTube that take two full minutes to morph; and that's just too long for a Halloween application where you'd not in a ride queue like at Disney.

@phantasm091: This is a Dorian Gray piece of our Ghost Host, Master Gracey. That said, I miss Emily. Constance, even if she brings back The Hatbox Ghost, does nothing for me, because a tragic love (Emily) feels better for a Disney ride than murder (Constance), in my humble opinion.

How does that work is there some kind of like hologram built on the portrait ?

@briancalifornia1 The illusion is done by fading six separate images one into the other slowly. Originally Disney did this by using two slide projectors, but today it is done with digital equipment.
