I just began studying music theory, so I don't know much of the terminology. But I always love songs where the drumming compliments the guitar, how do I say it? Like at 2:50-3:09 where each individual pick of the strings had a simultaneous corresponding kick to the bass drum. I don't even know if there is a term for this technique, but if there is, let me know. If not, still let me know.

i believe its just called a click track. Most studios use click tracks for the band to record their guitar parts over.
