@PaulVB6 me too i get internet explorer 9 no work offline option in tools cause i trying to sign in into windows live messenger 2011 and i can't i say my self maybe the IE is work offline so where i go to enable it ?? and yea my error code is "81000494" and thanks
on windows 7 i found work offline in file, not tools.
