as a comp expert with 20 yrs esperience, they are not paid on par with computer scientists, electronic engineers or even the lowly bean counter accountant. hr is a common knowledge common sense business anyone can and has done it. they are paid at the "whatever the company can get a away with level." the top companies pay better than mom and pop maxwell street sweatshops that slice the penny ten ways.
