  • Drop that into a arctic cat kitty cat :)

  • mixed fuel lubrication, or is it oil-sump?

  • but a bigger carb on it and put it on a go cart : ) !!

  • is it Turbo? You should P Port that thing.. get 50 extra HP.

  • technically a rotary engine is not a 2 stroke since it has no piston

  • throw this in a minibike or pocket bike and watch it fly, BTW is that oil leaking out?

  • It's tuned way rich..

  • @ssureshot needle valve was leaking, look at all the fuel on the ground and if you look close you can see the carb drop. the float level was probably too low

  • IS FOR SALE???

  • Aww man, don't let such a cool little motor live boring life - make a rotary go-cart or something neat!!

  • I was expecting you to kick that engine :P

  • ahh 2 stroke rotary??

  • Holy Shit, Listen to that 10HP.

  • Maybe you could fix the oil leak?

  • this is not a 2 stroke engine :)

  • one problem... this is listed as a 2-stroke engine.... because of the wankel design it has to be a 4 CYCLE, single rotation engine... just because you run 2 cycle engine oil fuel mix doesn't mean it's a two stroke. Each displaced air volume is cycled independantly throughout four phases ... 1- intake 2- compression 3- combustion (power) 4- exhaust.... the fact that these engines are ported and the idle/sound throws people off.

  • Yea i want one for a minibike too ^_^

  • How old are these? Where could i buy one from?

  • @junez85

they were built in the late 60´s and 70´s and are very hard to get. really expensive nowadays

  • cool man...... hey where can i get one???

  • Sachs KM 48, 160 ccm, 8HP @5000rpm......

Nice engine, but where is that oil leak from ?

  • yea those specs sound bout right..

its a fuel leak from carb i think

  • Neat. What brand is it?

  • sachs ( fitchell & sachs) i think

  • That runs nice, I love the way a bit fell of though!

Are these easy to start and look after?

  • pretty easy to start once cleaned the spark plug :)
