@dysfuntionalo01 i bought a 2.5" daystar spacer lift kit. im having it installed on sept. 20th. just a few more days! anyways, if you do alot of wheelin' (off-roading) your ball-joints will wear out quicker. but if you never off-road then they'll be okay for awhile. on the other hand, if you have alot of mileage on kj then i would worry about buying aftermarket a-arms. i have 52k miles and i hardly ever off-road, so if it's like mine then you're okay.

too large a tire and yes the rub like hell. They can only be lifted 3" MAX (2.5" recommended) because of the CV joints. There are custom upper control arms with angled ball joints that will last when used with a lift..All J's has them

@paultobi Average value of a 2002 Liberty even with mods is under $12k the base price for a Nissan GTR is $80,790 so I am going to have to call major BS on the fact that you sold the liberty for anywhere near that much. actually, liberties are a unibody, so there's no way to put a body lift on them. they either have to have a solid front axle replacement or coil overs.

actually, liberties are a unibody, so there's no way to put a body lift on them. they either have to have a solid front axle replacement or coil overs.

To Joe know all; gailardiar :You cannot put a lift kit on a unibody; I don't think you got the mechanical knowledge from your comment ! It is a very well put together Liberty. Those who over do it end up with problems !

hey bro i have a jeep liberty and i got a 3 inch spacer lift with skijacker shocks in the back and i never have a problem climing or mudding i beat my brothers wrangler in a 2 wheel drive contest in the mud and he had 33 mud tires and 4 inch lift

yea i like the stock rims better, have 33'' on mine, had to cut the wheel well a bit but its worth it. how big is ur lift?

Dont want to insult but your stock rim and tire combo looks better than the aftermarket. That combo looks small you need at least 32 inch tires.

Its from rustys off road, i have hears they are hard to install, this was not, i also heard the springs sag after time, i dont notice it any lower yet, they have a few different ways to go, look at there website

Stock grill with chrome stripping, cut and slip on, very easy, pick up at canadian tire, its cheap
