@scarvaloyal best band in scotland granted but uk, i think not, east belfast regimental go check them out mate, im also in a scottish part flute band, the skull is the bench mark for scotland, but the uk you've got to take into consideration, of the uvf regimental bands and bands like william king memorial !!!

skull are a great band takes a lot to be near to their standard but check those bands out too
