Tropico = small Caribbean styled town, typically less than 1000 for population, objective driven gameplay.

CitiesXL = large modern cities, millions for population and sandbox gameplay.

Alot of dictators have a 'personal' fund where they put money away in an off shore bank. And it's commonly assumed that it's swiss, as there is not much regulations on it.

PC is going to be the future of gaming! I heard that consoles are going to become too expensive to produce that it will end up being better to get a PC that you can upgrade. They better start making split screen games though... I like playing a multiplayer game with friends in the same room. Online is ok, but there's something about actually having your friend there.

Dude, PC was the start of gaming and never went anywhere. PC gaming is, and always has been, a lot better than console gaming. There are split screen games you can play for PC and you only need to upgrade your PC about as often as a new console is released.

how do u keep urself out of debt every time i bought something to make money like a farm or mine or something i get into debt

In the beginning, first 2-3 years you always will be in debt. Keep hovering above -10000 money and getting foreign funds... Most of the debt money is spend on building stuff to sell/export like mines, farms, etc .

Around 3rd to 5th year, start to roll out manufactured goods, building ran by highschooler like cigar factory or rum distllery, etc... Around 5th year, your money should be positive.

@xpolsives the start of the game you should see what the highest selling export is in the almanac, sugar, coffee and tobacco sell good so start by setting up 2 farms selling coffee, should get you high enough income at the start also try and get a diplomatic office ASAP, you can Eddict Russian aid that'll save you 50% off tenements and apartments, save you some dosh, I play Xboxlive current rank #12 so ill be making Guides for this game
