Hi John. What did you spray the lady's leg with prior to taping?

that is literally one of the worst tapings i have ever seen. Slow, wrinkly, m&m pouches everywhere, hell you didnt even pre-wrap everywhere you put the tape, plus is that base anchor even behind the fifth metatarsal?

think the "white" thing is put there so .. you wont get blister from the strapping.. hmm.. maybe

Those white things are heel/lace pads - really just little pieces of foam that prevent chafing. I have taped and not used them before as well.
