Hey man I didn't grow up in a tiny town but it's definitely smaller than alot, at times I hate it cause there ain't nothing to do but hang around and talk with your friends on the tailgate but I wouldn't trade it for anything! I'm hopin to get everything situated for the marine corps and pay my debt to the greatest country in the world it's givin me so much and I'm umma give back in return! Started in the country and had the city move in on me. Now i'm working in DC, definitely totally different. Always high strung and busy. Trips home are the best part of life now - to see my buddies and family.

amen to that i kno how you feel im still in my state tho but i went from living in the country to being out here having no one who knows me and no one understands me like they do back home...... the country is where i grew up and where i belong the town living is not for me.... its hard out here i lost my pop 2 months before i came to college....... college is kinda the same i am in a 9 month automotive program n its the same way we have a shit ton of stuff to learn in like 2 days of lecture

man i know exactly how you feel, i grew up in a small town in North Carolina, and about 4 years ago i moved to a pretty big town, i miss being able to hang out with my old buddies and being able to do whatever we felt like, i feel the way you do almost everyday, hope you get what you want man, i know after i graduate i will be moving back to my small little town and enjoying life everyday.

I have relatives in the country side of north Dakota and I love it there in the country but I don't like the city life that my parent moved to because my mom got a job here Idk if you have heard this saying but a day in the country is worth a month in the city.

Well said man, know how ya feel. Ya, I didn't grow up in a tiny, tiny town, but it's definately still a small town. Grown up some over the years, and I hate it, but still has that feeling. And I know what you mean, come to miss all those things about hangin out with old friends, and bein able to f around and not get the cops called. I guess we all go through some hard times, been there done that myself, and by gettin through it, makes ya a better person for it.

theres just something about small towns that make u feel home i live in a town of like 6000 and its nice because when u drive downt the road u see a face that you know and none of the bullshit with all the hektic fast movin world i love where i live because its slow and calm but we do know how to have fun ha im gonna live in a small town for the rest of my life and raise my kids in the country like i was thats how i think its meant to be good ol down home country boy thats the best it gets
