Ejay Music Director Pro is software you get from Ejay dot com. It isn't a unit of any kind.
It turns your computer into a recording studio with live multi-tracking, mixing and so on. It exports the finished product as an MP3.
You can get extra samples for it and knock up an infinite amount of stuff.
