Wow, that brings back memories! I got one of those for my 12th birthday new back in '78. We lived in the Middle East at the time because of my dad's job. Anything under 100cc didn't need registration to ride on the street. The one I had was fully street legal when I got it, but I wrecked so many turn signals riding it off-road that I stopped replacing them! lol! It also had a little window on the side of the oil tank so you check the level easily.
So i got the bike running (sort of) and i cant get it to stay running i cleaned the carb and i got a half lap around a tennis court but ever since then it just goes for a milla second but before i cleaned the carb i couldnt go anywere but it would run for about 2 minutes so what should i do
You will love it! I have a blast on mine! I think the only key is to start it at least once every two weeks. And turn the fuel off after you ride it. If you're going to go a while without riding it, turn the petcok off and let it run til it starts sputtering, to get the old fuel out.

I tried adjusting the carb but then i fucked it up. so if you could give me the idle, gas and air mixed screw settings or what you have urs at it would be very helpfully
These puppy's have ZERO powerband. They are quite possibly the most tractor-like two-stroke ever made! I had one and loved it, they originally were made for road riding in Japan, giving reason for the horsepower charactersitics.

VERY COOL ! I have a 73 GT-80 which I got with a bad crank. I tore it apart last night and I am restoring it for my son (8).
I can't wait to hear and see it run ! It seems like a great bike. Hope it is not too fast for him...........ED.
