I don't believe this is legitimate. For one, especially on expensive product as this. You would be expected to return your product after recieving your replacement. You certainly wouldn't have 4 or 5 piled up. This and your other video seem like it may be made to trash DELL.

I'm looking to buy the Dell UltraSharp U3011, a slightly newer model than yours. It looks like they keep sending you used, beat-up monitors instead of brand new ones. I'd complain up a storm and demand a brand new one after the eight bad ones you've received (according to one of your other videos). None of these monitor repair/refurb places do a good job in my experience. I've had the same problem replacing Samsung monitors under warranty. They all use 3rd party repair shops.
