Yes, the crash dummy that was found hanging by a noose off of busy Interstate 75 in ATLANA GA. Hardly any news coverage and emphasis on this case. Governor Sonny Perdue hassn't said a word. Media is clever n hiding these stores 2 raise awareness. They run the story maybe twice. That's not right but they run OJ & Vick n the ground.

Fact: The boy still in jail has 3 prior convictions 2 of the include battery.
Fact: Hanging a noose IS WRONG AND A HATE CRIME. But no one was physically beet NEAR DEATH!
Fact: 6 on 1 is a straight up BEATING, and any one who would be a part of it IS A THUG.
