Ughh, good effort Phat.I say ughh because you reminded me of this particular game, I was in it, opposite platoon (I'm 3rd in kill for the game), it was truly frustrating case of having 20 very low level christmas bluedots in the platoon. Took down 3-4 bunkers with few clanmates, never could keep the momentum against a big hoarde of Sver repairmen, due to a platoon that didnt leave the redline.
@Libaax This match was right after I respecced into ARs, and I never got the chance to do a serious loadout. We were fooling around for a couple games before this, and there wasn't any real competition. I think I did ok for getting caught with my pants down :D
No, Dazzel dosent, I'm going to try it with 360 and see how it does. Cant use it with PS3. I'm going to try and pick up the Hauppauge box next time I get paid as it seems to be much better in the long run. Does the software included convert the files in a format so you can post it on you tube?
@polarsternsturm It does. It comes with file type presets to record PS3 and Xbox 360, the latter being a file type used with windows movie maker. I have the option to record it as an Xbox off the bat, but the program likes to freeze up when I stop recording. I just take the PS3 format and use the included file converter and switch it to the xbox type. After that, I give it a quick edit with movie maker, and upload them right to youtube from there!
Wow it just shows how weak the Raven assault Guns are, you used the suppressed Gotha with foregrip and 4x scope which just tickled the targets enough to take cover, while the Tamsen you stole off Ghostrid32(50 x times vet with 2000 hours) dropped them and gave you the biggest killstreak. during the ~^~ vs 3c, dark flock were going to try and capture enemy guns on their fateful battle as they found their Raven guns lacked stopping power, head shot damage is hard when you and target are moving!
@wingcommander03 No kidding. Raven guns are garbage, especially with the 4x. I actually said the same thing when I picked up the Tamsen.
I know a lot of people don't want netural weapons, but seriously, Raven guns are killing the game for me. I'd take Valor's M4, or SVER's AK74u over the ATAC or Gotha. Legit.
I watched that battle on the live stream. I wasn't surprised TDF lost. Their weapons put them at a disadvantage out of the gate. Good games though. Awesome players!
@VeganDowner66 I use a hauppauge PVR. Just hook it up to my computer via USB, run the software it comes with.
After it's recorded, I convert the file into a useable file type for windows movie maker (using the provided software, again), and upload straight to youtube!
It takes a little less than an hour to convert the file, 15 minutes to do a rough edit of the boring parts, and a couple hours to upload in 720p high def over night.
@LetsWatchBob 100% with you on that, been experimenting with AR Loadouts on Raven, try to discover a drop'em quick gun, found the best counter to the 50m+ range engagement is to use the R553 with 4xscope+suppressor, no grip, surprisingly loses almost no accuracy/stability if you tap/milk the trigger, burst fire. Simply use it like a pistol or the HM90 sniper gun as your quite proficient on both &resist spamming due to 25 shot mag, should drop targets with 2-4 shots, less than 50m use Gotha
@LetsWatchBob No, look up Hauppauge Colossus, it uses HDMI input, so you might have to get a splitter.like 2 bucks, actually My MOBO dosent have a PCI express slot so no go for me..I did find one the was USB 3 compatiable..I just might go with dazzle though. We can talk about it later in game
@polarsternsturm I've heard that the PS3 won't let you record over HDMI, so I have it on component to my Hauppauge box, than HDMI to the TV. Works easy for me, and I just USB it to the PC. There's more cables involved, but it fits easily enough behind the TV that it doesn't matter to me, and my tower is in my living room (TV is monitor 2). Dazzle makes an HD capture device? I could never find anything here.
I'm about to vetrene to Raven in maybe a week or so is your clan try out or just accept I get around 25 kills a game and used to be in UVO untill most of the members were kicked.

@polarsternsturm If you're refering to the Hauppauge, it's an external box, about half the size of the PS3 slim.
