how to make the "puff" back on ciel's trousers... because I try to realize that cosplay...but I can't understand how to make it... pleeeeeeeeeease gimme some help!!!!
Ciel's bustle was just a few pieces of fabric layered around his waist. To make it puffy, something should be put underneath it, like a few layers of tulle, or even a small pillow. This cosplayer put a fanny pack under their bustle to make it puff up more and to also use to store things in. Very useful! I hope that helped a bit. ^^;
