Blacks can be Jewish, and indeed there are black Jews. The term Jew and black are not mutually exclusive. However, if a black person wants to genuinely convert, the conversion should be done in accordance to halacha (Jewish law). And the only valid conversion is an Orthodox conversion. Under halacha a woman cannot be a rabbi.
This news clip is a nice "feel good" fairly tale, but this woman is not a Jew or a rabbi.

@Rickyrab pretty easy to tell what complexion people from DESERT regions would be who didn't migrate in from the North over the last 1000-600 years.. every desert region in that area still has the oldest inhabitants there and they are ALL dark skinned brown people. Those regions don't host people without protective coloring too well. Those people tend to come from colder regions with less sun and therefore LESS protective coloring. We know they were brown people
