    THe purpose of the abs is to decelerate eccentric movement not to flex forward.

  • for those of you who can do chin ups. do chin ups with ur legs 90 dgrees raised with knees bend. when u lift urself up, maintain ur body to KEEP IT FROM SWINGING. u can feel ur abs burning after that.

  • i use2 do alot of things to get six pack abs. i use to do alot of sit ups n many more things evryday for hours n hours buh this is somethng wat got me abs in few days, amazing exercise.

  • U shouldn't have neck pain...All u must do is to protect your neck+ur lower back.Try to avoid moving ur neck so it won't hurt like that...

  • I'm actually doing this allmost everyday now since 2 months.

    also I do cardio(running/swimming/Squash and jumping rope) 3 times a week

    I fitness like 2-3 times a week.

    Also I watch what I eat ( I dont eat less ) simply because I dont have an overweight I just want a good sixpack.

    Now 2 months later its allmost there :D maybe 1-2 weeks and I'm totally satisfied!!

    Good luck 2 everybody with the same mission I have ;)

  • How many fat people die too? Many. Of course they don't die while eating, they probably simply have a heart attack or just die of diabetese complications. Moderation is the key in everything, I don't think 8minutes of abs everyday is too much when the rest of the time is spent in a regular sedentary life.
