How does water flow increase like that? It happend so fast as if a dam was releasing water.

@AntisocialVirtuoso The water flow increased because of 'flash floods'. Geographical changes mainly due to temperature changes near the source of the river upsets the water level spontaneously in the downstream like seen above. It's best to avoid crossing a river near a waterfall and when it is storming far away or even when it's kind of cloudy.
