Thanks for your comments! This is PAL standard, which is used in France, Africa and few other places, and is considered to be superior to NTSC standard definition. It's very squareish, 720 x 576 at 25 fps. We use a keyframe where it's required to make smooth movements in Flash, Toon Boom, or After Effects, and let the program "tween" them where possible. So generally every frame is a keyframe, as far as video is concerned.
