well, a moonlight would be rather pointless, as it only adds to your endurance, mama's beads only help with bullet protection. Although the soul increases rupture damage by 10%, it increases your max health level by 600 - which greatly makes up for the small damage modifier. The two Mica artifacts reduce bleeding, which offsets that damage modifier.

Koloboks would be better, but they neither reduce bleeding, or add to your health.

All the ones that say they increase health don't actually increase your max health, they increase the rate at which your health regenerates

Wouldn't adding Soul to the list (round 3) be like the worst possible option?

Soul makes bloodsuckers do an extra 10% damage and the added healing really doesn't help much in an actual fight.

I rekon you'd want more along the lines of 1 Moonlight, 2 or so Micas and the rest as Mammas beads.
