I can explain why this is fake. I have been dozens of WalMarts as I provide a service for them.

1. The camera is obviously moving. Bolted down security cams do not move.

2. The use high resolution cams. So you can clearly see the face of the person they are trying to watch. For court evidence.

3. Look up at the ceiling folks the next time you are in WalMart. All the security cams are mounted on the ceilings The angle of this shot is way too low.
