My girlfriend just had SRS 2 wks ago and her dr suggested also to wait and have everything done all at once and not have the orchiectomy because the skin will possibly shrink and scar tissue and its needed for the skin draft. And I also suggest you have a good 4-6wks of leave. My baby thought she be up and running by now...NOT. Its a slow painful process. And I also like Nochokin, she also does blogtalk radio. I luv the hair its growing out nicely
