Why does every soap break-up have to turn into a "his fault/her fault" competition in the YT comments? Why can't we feel for BOTH characters?

I'm not surprised that Chrissie called off the wedding, but I AM surprised by her reason. I thought she would say she couldn't marry Dan because he couldn't love her enough. But she realized that SHE couldn't love HIM enough. She didn't feel like everyone else in a room disappeared when Dan walked in.

@Bigkinblac I was thinking the same thing I think the writers made a huge mistake not to let Malick and Spence get together. Spence seems to be the only one to be a challenge to Malick and call him out when he makes a mistake. I don't know why the writers didn't put these two together they look so cute together!!

I wan't Dan and Malick all the way. There is such an animalistic passion between them that hasn't been couplized(my new word) in quite a while, gay or straight. It's kinda like the Luke and Laura rape turned into America's super-couple ever. Chrissy wasn't so bothered by the bi issue as she was the fact that Dan turned the passion he felt for someone else onto her to escape feelings he was surpressing. So this is not a bi issue people, it's about divide feelings.

Thank goodness Chrissy finally listened to her true feelings about Dan. She knew Dan could never be 100% true to her even if he believed it. Too many women get into situations like this where they know something is not right so instead of questioning what is wrong, they ignore the signs. Malick could have lost his entire career behind this and jeopardize HC's rep. Hopefully this experience will make him a better doctor.

I don't feel any pity for Dan, i have no doubts that he is gay (not bi) and he was just using Chrissy as a beard not even for other people but for himself, i believe he actually cares for her (not in romantic way) but he kept lying to yourself and to her, and Chrissy did the right thing ,good girl!

I"m going to miss Michael,I liked the way he handled the situation w/Malick.He could have been a real ass about it.I liked all the scenes between Malick & Paul.When Chrissie said a wedding is one day & a marriage is for the rest of your life,I knew she couldn't go through with it.Just being str8 doesn't always mean that a marriage will last.Str8 men can cheat just like anybody else.Dan's confusion not that he's bad a bad person had a lot to do with imo.

I can't believe some people are mad at Chrissie she was fighting her feelings for Dan. It was very courageous for Chrissie to say no. Dan is just using Chrissie the man is either bi or gay and I think he's a creep. Chrissie knows Dan is a nice man but he's not straight. No woman in her right mind would marry a bisexual or gay man. I know some gay people will be offended by my comment but it is the truth. Chrissie wants a heterosexual man, a man that can only love women and that is fair.

There is more to it than sticking to a commitment in marriage. If you enter a marriage with your head in two places, there is a divide from the get-go. I was faithful, up until the momment I wasn't. Trust me, that's the way these matters go.

I know this because we're more like siblings than cousins and he tells me everything.
