I have an E-Bay card through PayPal Funded by GE Money Bank that lowered my limit to just above what I had charged now they went and upped my rate to 29.99 with no notice they say they mailed in in November but I got no notice, I didn't get Nov bill at all.

were not all screwed but these giant banks have little moral or empathy as they wall themselves from its customers. i will never go to a big bank.
