Ogawd, that form. xD So much of it is such common knowledge that it made me laugh while I was filling it out. :p But I also get it has to be there.

As for me in specific... I have an emotional disconnect that's prevented me from starting the hormones & all. But I've been taking pills for that which have greatly helped so, next time I see... 1 of the numerous doctors I'm currently seeing - xD - I'll ask about starting it & hopefully get to start. :3
