There is a lot of mixed info on fruit. Some people are saying it raises your blood sugar causing insulin to go up causing fat storage. Some are saying to monitor blood sugar and keep it at 90 by eating less fruit -
I have lost 50 LBS over the last couple of years and want to loose about 50 more. I'm much healthier, and I'm eating very healthy. I'm just confused about how much fruit I can eat.
Im REALLY upset that I CANNOT eat margerin anymore that was my bulking diet! I mean just because the margerin has worse oils in it then my crankcase oil in my diesel engine doesn't mean I did not like the taste!
Try eating some FRENIA for a snack throughout the day, this I find has been the healthiest snack ever to land on the face of the earth. I think Dipasquale would agree?
What's your scoop on pure maple syrup? Grade A and B.
