  • Such a gay song. It put me off, half way.

Anyway, good to see some OS players having a go.

They are mostly 3rd division players okay for a suburban league, but I saw some good footy amongst the lack luster stuff.

  • Haha what a fucking joke this video is, Aussie Rules will always be a provincial pissant bogan sport.

  • the skill level is pretty bad but they still have more skill and pace than any pro league and union player

  • I think that the quality of footy produced in this video is terrible. But if the game wants to grow it needs to grow from somewhere. The world needs to know about our game, It's "Australian Football". It's great to see heaps of countries around the world playing our game, it means most countries like what they see. The quality can only get better. I dream of one day in the future of Aussie Rules being in the Olympic Games.

  • I've seen under 11s with better skills than these guys

  • Australian Football International Cup? What a joke. Substandard Australian regional grounds and hardly anybody there. Still more people than if the games were held anywhere else in the world. The AFL are kidding themselves if they think that people other than Australians care about this game!

  • well they do so face it!!

  • @SportFan255 It can grow to crazy levels in a year, and I suspect that it might - some time...

Too many pussy, padded up sports going around, so for those wanting a real mans game involving outrageous courage, this is it.

  • This men's football. These athletes are in far superior cardiovascular shape and stronger pound for pound than the hulking 300 pound burger slamming boys that wear pads. Get real.

  • bantriky. Just because you don't understand something does not mean it's not real. Please leave your 'thought turds' else where.

  • hey now, im american and i like (and attempt) to play both "american football" and actual futbol (sorry for spelling) along with almost every other sport. im just saying that not every american is ignorant in the sports. you know what i mean? by the way, i would love to attempt australian football, even though i would get my ass handed to me lol.

  • spedracer12345. I know what you mean. I would never say "all Americans are ignorant". I have far to many American mates to say something that stupid.

  • well then thank you very much. i appreciate that you know what i mean.

  • this is cool. i play american football and rugby

  • American football is not the real football, the real football is what you call 'soccer' ~ the WHOLE game is played with your feet, besides the goalies can use their hands. Now for American Football, hahahaha, it's all about hands... Doesn't make sense to me, and I'm Canadian with green card [Visa] to the states.

    Pfft, Americans and their pride.

  • you have reason!!!

  • why we call it football in america is beyond me, but there is no need for shit talk

i enjoy all three sports that can be named as "football"-- soccer, american grid iron football, and australian football are all some classy sports

  • i agree with u american football is a mans sport i guarantee these guys wouldnt make the practice squad for the lions

  • @Sw33tN3sS915 Is that because they don't look good all puffed up with layers of padding?

  • There are many types of footballs, for me, real football is Rugby (Union rules).

There are Soccer or Assicitional football, Gridiron which also divides in American and Canadian football, Gaelic football, Australian Football, International football (Mix of Gaelic and Australian football), Rugby football which divides in Rugby union and ruby league. And all those football types divide into more types.

    All are real footballs.

  • Some of those players are good.

Would be good to see AFL expand overseas to USA, UK, South Africa and parts of Asia.

Could get a cup going on which includes Australia :]

See Australia just munch everyone LOL.

  • Man I'm shocked.

Wasn't this played at the home of Aussie Rules Football, Melbourne?

    Where are the crowds?

Where are the throngs of adoring fans?

Still, I reckon even though the best crowd there was about 40, that's a record crowd for an international Aussie Rules game anyway.

    Congrats AFL, congrats Clarkey!!

  • Great video! Love the hard knock at 1:38 especially!

  • Nice video - would liked to see some action from the Ireland games though!
