It appears you don't understand what I mean with sagging. Whenever the curve of the back is visible, your belly sags. This happens when your core is weak or you simply don't know what a proper pushup incorporates.
This guy is doing a weird mixture of good and bad pushups.

When doing pushups and for example the planche (not sure of the english name of this exercise, it's the one where you stand or your toes and forearms, working your core), the curve of the back should vanish as a consequence of using your abdominal muscles.
Like I said, this guy has a straight back here and there, but he also sags here and there, which is a bit bad since this is an instructional video.

Traditional Pushups are very bad for your wrists..I would sugest using the dumbells fro your pushups...simply use the stationary dumbells as a bar for each hand.
this probably isn't the ideal place to ask, but i was wondering if you could do a lower back excercise video. i hurt my back lifting weights a while ago, and it's never quite been the same. I do swimming which is good, but i can't be in the pool 24/7.
Nobody has ever done that kind of inversion error, ever, this is the first time it has ever been done, and it was worth mentionning. Thank you for that.
