Many in upper middle class to upper class now travel outside of the USA for lower priced high quality medical care. A term has evolved for this called "Medical Tourism" They get cheaper care in other countries while at the same time can enjoy a vacation... Many in upper middle class to upper class now travel outside of the USA for lower priced high quality medical care. A term has evolved for this called "Medical Tourism" They get cheaper care in other countries while at the same time can enjoy a vacation... I think their insurance actually pays for the trip as well. the lowere middle class and lower income level people stuck in USA with paying out of pocket and going bankrupt.. ending up caught in disabled and gov subsidised class
