i was born in kendal and lived there until i was 12 in 99,then i moved to shropshire,i miss the light parade and firework display at kendal castle that was awesome :>)

I lived in Kendal all my life but now I am in Australia. Loved the viedo it made me smile and feel home sick. I hated the place when I lived there but I guess it will always be home : )

This is an awesome video Jim. Many thanks. It brings back many fond memories of where I grew up. I came to kendal at the age of 4 and spent my formative years there. I attended Dean Gibson School, St Marys Secondary and Milnthorpe Secondary. I now live in the western suburbs of Chicago US. Once again many thanks
