@EpicMOCS I seriously dont know about the gearing. This was over two years ago. I think it was 28/90. Stock XL-5 gearing. But i seriously dont know.
Right now the truck is powered by a mamba max pro. The motor in the film was just a simple brushed motor (Team orion speed machine 15t) powered by a 6 cell NIMH battery and the XL5 ESC.
@xRustlerDrive Kewl. My ESC was acting up. Say 1/4 of the normal speed at best. I am waiting for the new one to arrive now. Just a simple EZrun 60 amps one.
great vid. you should look into the castle sidewinder 4600kh motor and esc. fairly cheap i got it for $108 and i makes the car go really fast i love it. i had to switch because i destroyed my titan motor to. but look into it ,so much fun.
is it 28/86 gearing or 19/86 gearing and is that motor the method one
